This is as simple as you get. You have 5 rounds of max reps for the following three exercises: Clean, Bench, Squat.  There are three levels.

Level 1: 55, 75, 95 lbs respectively.

Level 2: 95, 115, 135 lbs respectively.

Level 3: 135, 185, 225 respectively.
