This is a fantastic exercise for the glutes and hips. This method can be especially useful when working with athletes with extreme difficulty placing their body in a deep enough position for the squat or other powerlift. As the video demonstrates, this athlete has a hard time with deep squat positions, and could literally not perform 2 of these 4 weeks prior to the video. The progress is amazing, and teaches the body to use those glutes effectively. Have fun, and remember, don’t let that knee pass 90 degrees for optimal training effectiveness.
