However, the following foods are not allowed. Meat, Cheese, Bread, Rice, Pasta, Milk, Salt, bacon, Nuts, Beer, Wine, Candy, Ice cream, and most importantly deep fried twinkies.
Well, that’s not so hard is it. Just have a side of carrots with your wheat grass shooter, and an apple.
I hope you get my point, if you try to avoid everything that is seemingly bad for you, it’s just not possible. We live in a world of fear when it comes to our diet. Look, your diet is no match for your genes. If you are supposed to have a better chance of being overweight or getting cancer, then that’s the fact of life. You must empower yourself to do something about it. Let’s look at it this way, if you changed nothing in your life, but started exercising vigorously for 60 minutes everyday, you would see dramatic changes. You would feel better, look better, and quench those terrible thoughts of a pre-mature heart attack, or run-in with cancer.
