This is a very simple post for ya’ll this morning. I want you to think of all your favorite foods. Take this list and divide it into “healthy” and “unhealthy” categories. It is very simple what you now need to do. Eat more of your healthy favorite foods and less of the unhealthy. Now, if your list has an abundance of unhealthy favorites, simply think of replacements. If you can’t think of replacements, then I suggest you start a food safari into the unknown. I want you to start trying new foods regardless of origin or cost.
Start at one end of Trader Joes, Cost Plus, or another “specialty foods” store and work to the other trying new foods from around the world.
There are always healthy choices to be found, just find one that fits you!
