Since we can’t be in Time Square to watch the ball drop on New Year’s Eve your Athlon Elite coaches have come up with a plan to get you there Spartan style!! We will doing our workout on top of the Empire State Building!!! In order to do the workout, you must climb to the top!!!

1) Climb the 102 floors to the top of the Empire State Building!

2) Grab a Swiss Ball for 20 situps, and 3 (60) front planks

3) Next is % rounds of the following:

- 10 Thrusters (20lbs)

- 10 Sumo-deadlift-highpull (20 lbs)

- 10 Dumbell Pushup Rows (10lbs each)

4) It’s party Time!!!!
