So, are there truly foods that help your memory… help you think better.. or more clearly?

While there might be some truth in th research reported on Ginkgo, Ginseng, and B-vitamins… the overwhelming fact is that poor diets, in general, can decrease cognitive function.

So, my advice to you…

Get your diet straight before you start messing with exotic plants, oils, and flowers from the far east. You must get your body working right first, before you try to add something that makes it run better. For example: There is no point in putting high grade gasoline into a car that has a bad transmission. You dig?

As for those of you with perfect diets…. Siberian Ginseng (the real stuff) has some good benefits, and of course good ole caffeine works well. Remember, everything in moderation!
