I know, I don’t like the negative waves in the morning either, but a fact is a fact. There are quite few trends in the supplement world, but the overwhelming popularity of “anti-aging” stuff has gotten this nutritionist a bit concerned for your health, but even more concerned for your bank account.
So, what is my solution to this little problem we have…. I’ll just give you my opinion, but I must insist that you develop your own, and never let advertising guide you alone.
Stuff that has some good research…
1) Green Tea (Catechins)
2) Red Wine (Resevratrol)
3) Apple Skins (Quercetin)
4) Alpha-Lipoic Acid
5) Omega – 3 Fatty Acids
There are more items, but this is a good place to start. This is not the fountain of youth, but will decrease the likelyhood of of inflammatory disease (Heart disease) and allow your immune system to function quite a bit better.
