Let’s start off this brand new week with a reminder tht the choices you make each day DO have a significant impact on your overall health.

Thinking back to past posts on gene expression and how we might be able to influence our overall health via the choices we make.

Each of us is given a set of human DNA that looks a lot like a giant recipe. You can influence this set of genes via a variety of inputs.  One input is human movement.  If you are reading this you get it.  Athlon Elite is your committment to human movement.

What about the other inputs:  diet, environmental toxins, stress, sleep, vitamin and mineral balance, hydration?

Each of these plays on overall role in your health.  Make small changes and good choices each time you are confronted with a decision.
