What is the Athlon 9-Week RAPID FAT LOSS Challenge ?

  • EXERCISE- Participants will exercise in Athlon 3 to 5 hours per week (see two different options below), receiving Athlon’s secret recipe of weekly programmed workouts focused on fat loss and muscle development and tone, plus full access to all other services Athlon offers: locker rooms, towel service, group fitness classes like cycling, yoga, pilates, Zumba, etc.

    Training Option 1get one personal training session per week in a small, more personalized training setting (for beginning exercisers or special needs exercisers with joint issues, etc.)
    Training Option 2up to four group personal training sessions per week in our “Elite” group training program (must already have an intermediate level of exercise proficiency)

  • NUTRITION – Participants will be provided 6 days per week of lunches and dinners made with all natural, high quality, no preservative or “filler” food for the entirety of the program.  No worry about what to eat or the time to shop and prepare your meals!  The only thing you’ll have to prepare of buy is breakfast and snacks… and we’ll tell you exactly what to do there!
  • MEASUREMENTS – will be taken before, durnig and after to track and demonstrate progress and keep you on track.

Q: Who exactly is the Athlon Challenge for?

A: It’s for anyone ready to make big changes in their body and fitness level using proven, no-nonsense exercise and nutrition tools and expert guidance that really works.  You’ll find a wide variety of people participating in this program, from overweight business professionals to homemakers to young athletes.

Q: How often do I work with a trainer?

A: Either once per week or up to four times per week depending on which option above you choose, Option 1 or Option 2. They’re both the same price, Option 1 just gives you more individualized attention with a trainer. However, in either option, you will still need to train 3 to 5 hours per week and all of those workouts will be programmed for you by an Athlon personal trainer.

Q: Does it cost a lot?

A: No. It’s one of the cheapest ways you can get the kind of help you need and deserve so that you see quick and lasting fitness results. Plus, you must realize that the vast majority of your meals are included in this 9-week Challenge, which means your restaurant and grocery bills go away! You’ll actually spend less money these next nine weeks and have more in the bank!

Q: What if I’m already a member of Athlon?

A: No problem! This program will provide you with a little more accountability than usual (something we all could use more of). And again, it will provide your meals.

A: Both, options cost the same.
