Do 50 of each exercise for round 1, then 40 for round 2, 30 for round 3, etc…… down to 10 (5 rounds total)

Push Press (15lb Dumbells)

    Sweet… I can do that in like 10 minutes…. and Richard is small. If anybody wanted to know. Steve English is kinda small too.. but not a small is Richard.

    I dare you to be intelligent. Let’s face the music…. being small is ok… you can buy a truck, lift it, date small women, take cialis. Those are your only options. As for Steve English.. he’s hopeless. At least you have options Hoss.
