Pretty impressive for just two months, don’t you think?!
After 9 weeks of:
- following Athlon’s exercise plan,
- meeting with his trainer only once-per-week, and
- using the Meal Movement delivered meals to help with healthy eating,
Ryan lost 4% body fat and lost almost 4 inches off his waist!! Not too shabby in less than two months. What did you do this last two months?
