You mean I don't need "the bean" to get a flat sexy stomach?!? Dang, that info-mercial was so good! I thought I was destined to have a rock hard, washboard stomach in just 20 minutes, 3 times a week. oh well, at least it doubles as a good beer drinking, video game playing rocking chair.

Craig, thanks for opening some dialog! The article is definitely provocative. I put the article up to stimulate thought and conversation. Today I posted an alternate viewpoint from the DEA on the hidden dangers of steroid abuse.

Personally, I have never used steroids. I would not begrudge someone using them for maintenance of function or for health reasons, but feel that their use in sport taints the true spirit of competition and the value in competition.

The article is from 2001 and I am curious how much further along the advances in testing and hiding from the testing have progressed.

Steroid use is not condoned by Athlon Elite. In fact to the contrary, we feel that most of us can get "steroid like" responses from specific training. Hormone response to certain strength training done the right way at the right time is proven and often dramatic.

Get your naturally produced HGH at Athlon Elite!!!

Interesting article. I think that that article puts a sympathetic spin on current performance enhancement techniques, which makes me feel a little naive and disgusted at the same time. Is your purpose in putting up that article to legitimize a certain level of enhancement as "standard practice"? The whole topic is very confusing to me, a relative non-athlete. I would like to hear how some Athlon supermen and women approach this subject.

I check this site pretty much daily and always enjoy the posts. I appreciate the info and inspiration!
