Membership Freeze Request
You may freeze your membership dues when unable to attend the gym, (with limitations).
Terms and Conditions
- Freeze requests are only processed a couple times per week, so they MUST be submitted through this website at least 10 DAYS PRIOR to absence.
- Freeze time will not be granted retroactively.
- Freezes are in one-month increments, with a maximum of two freezes per calendar year.
- We cannot guarantee your current training time(s) will be available when you return from the freeze.
