It's that time of year again…

The Annual Procession of All Things Carb:  potatoes, rolls, chips & crackers, candied yams, cranberry spreads & sauces full of sugar, and all manner of desserts.

You know that we (Athlon) typically frown on the heavy carb eating; but here's your solution.

1.  Thursday morning wake-up, grab a cup of coffee and then go out for a 3 mile run, or hike Bishops or Madonna.

Now your body will know what to do with the carbs.  Go ahead and enjoy the rest of your day and eat what you want (what the heck, it's Thanksgiving)…

2.  Then, Friday or Saturday come into Athlon and do your

"Turkey Payment Workout:"

The Filthy Fifty (for best time)

50 box jumps (24" box)
50 jumping pull-ups
50 kettlebell swings (35 lbs.) (or a D.B.)
50 walking lunges
50 hanging knees to elbows
50 push presses (45 lb. bar)
50 GHD back extensions
50 wall balls (20 lb ball) or do MB up-downs if you don't have a wall
50 burpees
50 double-unders (or 200 regular rope skips)

Post your time on the board at Athlon. See you all Saturday
(yes, I'm doing it too…)
