Your Mission

Grow total Athlon customer numbers by managing marketing activities, generating leads and prospects, and closing sales.

What You’ll Own
  1. Generate new contract sales revenue to meet monthly goals.
  2. Generate prospects to meet monthly goals through in- and outbound marketing.
  3. Maintain sales close rate at goal each month.
What You’ve Got To Have

These are the skills you must already have in order to qualify for this position:

Good Communication Skills: You will be talking with our customers, who are VERY important to us. You must be comfortable conversing in-person and on the phone and know how to conduct yourself professionally.

People Skills and Personality: You must LOVE working with people and like to have fun with them! This means matching your energy/personality to different types of people and being pleasurable to be around. Athlon is an exciting and fast paced fitness business, and you must be able to show our customers assertiveness, energy, excitement, and fun.

Health and Fitness Education: You do not have to have a degree in Kinesiology, but you should have a basic knowledge of health, fitness, and performance, and more importantly a desire to help others improve their health, fitness, and performance.

Passion for Personal Development: Again, you do not have to be an expert immediately, but you better be sure you have the desire to become one if you want to work in Athlon.

Additional skills that’ll send you to the top of the stack: (if you don’t have these, still apply; they’re not mandatory)

  • Previous gym sales experience
  • Marketing experience
  • Fitness/nutrition education
