Yes, again, we have a "Co-Spartan-of-the-Week."  There’s just too many amazing people out here to only pick one!!!

Cara Vernachia won league championships last weekend for SLO High School in the High Jump and the Triple Jump.  In the High Jump she jumped an impressive five-inches higher than her best jump last year and she attributes a large part of that to her training at Athlon Elite!!  She competes in the CIF championships this weekend and she feels that she can jump one-inch higher and not only win CIF but get the school record!!  Tear-it-up this weekend Cara!
