Generally, healthy lifestyle consists of fresh and nutritious whole foods such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and complex carbohydrates. Also, try avoiding processed and junk food as much as possible.

Is it healthy to “snack”?

If you’re snacking, choose healthy and nutrient-dense snacks such as raw nuts and fruits, rather than processed/sugary snacks. Avoid overeating by eating slowly and stop eating when you feel full.
