25 Glute/Ham Extensions. (This can also be a superman, or roman chair extension)
50 Russian Twists with Med Ball (10lb med ball or more)
25 Stability Ball Passes (Hands to Legs pass in “v-up” movement
50 Leg Lifts (Laying flat on ground)
25 Jumping Pullups
50 Twisting Lunges (alternating legs, twist torso towards bent knee)
500m Row (all out baby!)
