This is a simple, 2 movement training session. The pushup and the snatch are excellent exercises, and develop your entire body when used together. Weight on the snatch can be as simple as 5lb dumbells or 40kg on the powerlifting platform. Enjoy!

I didn’t know that you stood around in your bedroom at night and watched a guy in tighty whities snatching large amounts of weight. Does he think it’s funny when it’s your turn and you do snatches with a broomstick with two doughnuts on each end?
