This is as simple as you get. You have 5 rounds of max reps for the following three exercises: Clean, Bench, Squat. There are three levels.
Level 1: 55, 75, 95 lbs respectively.
Level 2: 95, 115, 135 lbs respectively.
Level 3: 135, 185, 225 respectively.

L1: 987 (warmup)
L2: 1001 (almost sweating)
L3: I stopped after 1500 because I was bored.
