This is a sweet workout that stresses both lower body strength, core stability, and flexibility. The three basic exercises are the thruster, sumo-deadlift-highpull, and the squat-clean. These are to all be done with 10 lb DBs in your hands, or heavier for a more intense challenge. These exercises train proper squat and powerlifting technique at a cardio pace.
