Let the hips hurt baby! This is pure hip pleasure, right where we all need it. We all need stronger hip regardless of our goals and expectations. This is a fantastic training session to work on both flexibility and strength in our flexors, adductors, and abductors.

100m high knees running
20 Sumo-deadlift-highpull (20 lb dumbells Men, 10 women)
20 kettle bell swings (50 lb for men, 25 women)
20 Standing AB-duction (each leg)
20 Supine Leg Lifts
20 knees to elbows ( can use ab-straps if need be)
